They’ve made connecting with this app horribly convoluted. We will be returning a $700 bed because it’s too much effort to use

I have been going back wand forth with customer service on a fix for connecting my bed. After numerous attempts it still is t resolved. Say its because of the wifi but that is incorrect as I am connected correctly with my wifi on the correct band. It’s frustrating and my dog hasn’t been able to receive treatment for over 2 months. I don’t want to have to keep manually pushing for service. Please fix app asap. Or take warranty section out as you can confirm this with receipt. Need fix please!!

I’m giving five stars for the outstanding customer service. The owner personally reached out and, with his team’s help, guided me step by step until the Dog Cloud app was working properly. My dog Annie is now enjoying all the benefits of the DogCloudBed, and I truly appreciate their dedication and support!

Both my dog and I love the Dog Cloud bed and app. I had some kinks in the very beginning but since the Version 1.6 update, the connection is stronger and very reliable. My dog’s scheduled massages work efficiently and the app is user friendly for me to monitor his daily therapy. I highly recommend the Dog Cloud bed and this app!!
