- LK보험중개를 통해 단체보험에 가입한 회사 임직원 및 가족께서 스마트폰을 통해 간편하게 보장 내용 확인 및 보험금 청구를 할 수 있는 앱 입니다.

LK보험중개를 통해 단체보험에 가입한 회사의 임직원이면 누구나 이용할 수 있습니다.
(단, 실손의료비 및 청구금액 100만원 이하건에 한하며 진단금, 후유장해, 사망보험금등의 청구는 불가능합니다)
- 청구이력 확인 : 스마트폰을 통해 청구한 보험금의 진행상황 확인 기능
■ 유의사항
1) 앱을 통하여 보험금 청구서류가 보험사로 전송완료 되면 보험사에서 별도의 안내 (카카오톡, 문자 등)를 드리며 이 경우 정상으로 접수된 것입니다.
2) 보험금 청구 심사는 보험사 접수일로부터 3영업일 내에 이루어 집니다.
3) 보험금 청구는 24시간 언제든지 이용이 가능합니다. (단, 보험사 접수는 보험사 영업일 기준 평일 09:00~18:00 에 진행됩니다)
4) 추가요청 사항이나 미비서류가 있을 경우 보험사에서 연락 드릴 수 있으니 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.
