Well, the package is working good, i had trouble with adding my second phone but hopefully the team helped me via what’s upp ( kindly ask head office to add call with support team)Overall good and cheaper than other platforms

Purchased a 10GB plan for my two week vacation in Egypt. Friend recommended Monty and for on $25, I thought a great price. First two days worked great- after that stopped working completely. Tried everything to reset it and fix it. Customer service was no help and in the process deleted my eSIM. Once deleted was basically told to screw off and there was nothing that could be done. I used 10% of my 10gb before customer service walked me through deleting my eSIM and essentially forfeiting the remainder of my plan just two days in. Switched to Yesim and had better service so far. Avoid this company.

Got 2 eSIM’s from them for Qatar and they worked flawlessly. Any issues were resolved within minutes over ehatsapp, including one that involved a complex iPhone settings issue
