Literally frustrated of their incompetence

If you are an NRI customer. Stay away! Believe me they’ll make you cry every time you would like to do any transaction. I used to use their older app which had lots of problems in its own. And now with this newer version, am not able to use upi, view the mutual fund investments(always gives out error) and even login many a times. The same goes with their website. For some reason my access to website is blocked and i just cant unblock it no matter what I try. Emailing them didnt work either as it has been 6 days now but no response as of yet. Seeing how buggy their app and their website is am sure any good hacker can easily hack their system. Some of the worst developers in the world are working for this bank.

Poor service

My acc is in debit freeze in just after 1week of opening an account..Its been 7 months my account is lock everytime i visit their branch they just say 1 week & 1 week but its been 7 months i cant withdraw any funds my money got stucked .very poor service I recommend not to open any account they will make you cry .you cant even use your own money..Even after completely all the verification still they couldn’t unlock my account

Unable to find registration using Debit card as an option

Update on 05-July : earlier mentioned issue seem to be fixed and thank you for the quick turnaround. However, I don’t see the option to register using Debit card as an option incase of SIM binding is unsuccessful. This is one of the option offered in the invitation email. For International numbers, not every operator provides an international SMS and I can’t use SIM binding option due to the same reason.
