Frustrating & worst app ever made!

I was SO excited to get my Vuse Pro (I bought 3 different colors) and connect to my phone but OMG I've never been this frustrated with something so small and that should be so simple!!! #1- absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN WITH THE DEVICE AS TO HOW TO PAIR WITH THE APP ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD IT. After an hour of googling I finally figured it out but my patients was already gone.#2- THE DEVICE WOULDN’T FLASH TO PAIR! I did everything I was prompted to do (less throw the bloody thing across the room 🤨)… non of the devices would ‘flash’ after being pressed 5x fast/quickly. (Yes, they were all fully charged in case anyone is wondering). On the 800th time of trying again, finally one of the devices flashed! HALLELUJAH!!! I sat eagerly awaiting for the pairing to finish (it could take up to 3min it informed me)… 10 MINUTES LATER IT SAYS ‘Oops sorry- pairing FAILED- try again!?!’ 🤦🏼‍♀️ Do you think I could get the stupid vise to blink again??? Of course not! Its a Realy cool idea if it actually worked but… as of right now its a TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, VERY BAD, NO GOOD APP! DO NOT WASTE THE EXTRA MONEY (or your sanity) ON THESE NON BLUETOOTH CONNECTING DISASTERS!!!! 😤😒

So people in the U.S can order a vuse 2 but we can use the Bluetooth features because we don’t live in Canada? Unbelievable, should of told me before I bought this thing it’s literally the same thing as a regular alto now

Silly little find my vape option as well as wattage settings for reserving battery or bigger hits. The tracking is an interesting concept to see how many hits you actually get out of a pod based on your usage. Finally the user interface is alright but there’s an annoying search bar at the bottom of the screen that gets in the way of another button that’s dealt annoying. The search can be swiped away. The app also doubles as a web browser? Kinda weird.

I was able to pair my vuse pro using a VPN during set-up, just change VPN location to Canada. For the age verification part obviously a U.S. drivers license won’t work but there’s a face scan option to verify age. If your own face doesn’t work (mine didn’t work even though I’m 25 and have a beard) scan the face of someone you know is older in age. I scanned my dad’s face I was able to complete set-up and pair my vuse pro!
