App needs missing basic features. No max funds sending option, no memo box to check so funds are lost easily, no user tutorial, swap feature improved, improved customer service

I sent 300$ worth of xrp and when i try to withdraw it says not enough funds in source wallet also i withdrew 106,000 XRPAYNET tokens to my XUMM wallet from the XRPAYNET app and they have not showed up in my XUMM wallet yet and it’s been 48 hours with no transaction ID OR hash id to track my coins they are just gone and I am still waiting.. I messaged on Twitter 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for a response about my XRPAYNET tokens i bought and withdrew.. my XRP is stuck on this wallet and withdrawals on the XRPL are only supposed to take 4 seconds I’m going on 72 hours..

Volta wallet now works incredibly smoothly after recent updates (2025). They are adding new chains all the time and continuously listening to user feedback and improving the app. I definitely feel safe storing my crypto on volta wallet🫡
