There are 2 blue tooth channels one is related to the battery the other I assume is the charger. You can switch between them to see the information you want.The app has never crashed on my iPhone 10X battery. While they sell a battery indicator, it is not necessary with this app. Just put your phone in a cup holder and your set.

The battery doesn’t connect to the app unless you’re standing right next to it. At that point, I can just look at the charging indicator on my cart rather than messing with this app. I figured this app would help me see when it’s charged from the comfort of my couch, which isn’t really too far from where my cart is parked. If the company wants to market this battery with the use of this app, they really need to improve the Bluetooth signal on the battery to better connect to the app.

Switched to Allied Lithium a while back and use this app to check temperatures, verify healthy cells and check the SOC%. Very easy to use, simple 4 pages IDed by the icons at the bottom. Customer service is always willing to answer questions as well
