Ensure compliance with HUD’s Housing Quality Standards (HQS) with Elite HQS Touch mobile inspections. The app helps Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) conduct HQS inspections to ensure Housing Choice Voucher participants are living in safe, decent, and affordable housing. The data captured within the app is automatically synced, when connected via the internet, to Emphasys Elite for processing.

• Obtain digital signatures from the inspector and the person present for the HQS Inspection
Been using this for two months and it has never worked properly. The app won’t sync back to the computer after doing a re-inspection — this happens to every inspector in our organization.
The release of Mobile HQS version 1.9.1 requires API version 2.0.7.83. If you are already running API version 2.0.7.83, no API upgrade is required.
To ensure a successful upgrade and prevent synchronization issues, please complete the following steps in the order listed:
Sync all outstanding inspections.
Upgrade the API (if applicable).
Update the Mobile HQS application to version 1.9.1 from the App Store.
