E-INVOICES AND ACCOUNTING • Search PDFs and XML with highlighted matches and navigation. • Searchable XML field selection with sample values and invoice-line context. • Product-specific or account-wide rules; derive employee assignments and cost centers using phone numbers, license plates, or user IDs. • Rule summaries with account descriptions and indicators for automatically generated positions. • Read-back verification of saved SAP e-invoice defaults, with mismatch reporting. • Use selected PDF text as the invoice header or reference; additional selection actions support accounting entry. • Choose whether edited values update an existing position or create a new one. • Filters for all invoices, e-invoices, and invoices without e-invoice data. APPROVALS AND WORKFLOW • Request trust scores and supporting invoice-history information on demand. • Eligible high-trust invoices with an assigned agent offer a gold magic-wand action to park the invoice and request approval directly. • Improved notifications, agent updates, full-screen previews, and branded approval emails. • Clearer reversal messages and additional clearing-reset options with SAP backend support. CUSTOMER STATISTICS • Analyze by employee, sales order, material, product hierarchy, or customer; drag reporting characteristics onto rows to expand breakdowns. • Improved net/gross totals, resource-billing allocations, and PDF reports. TIME CAPTURE AND EXPENSES • SAP calendar-based time entry with project selection, work-location options, and period controls. • Improved long-text saving, recurring appointments, ticket labels, and hour entry. • Hours, actual, planned, and remaining amounts by period, customer, and project; PDF/CSV time reports. • Refined expense entry, receipt recognition, and vendor selection; payment-method-dependent cost centers and negative amounts. BANKING AND USABILITY • Improved bank matching, salary-payment identification, clearing-state consistency, and commission handling. • Refined ISO 20022 exports and export confirmations. • Improved business-partner roles, bank details, customer fields, and VAT validation. • More consistent translations, date formats, accessible controls, and responsive layouts. • Stability fixes and animations that respect Reduce Motion. SAP-dependent features require the corresponding backend version, configuration, and authorizations. Device-dependent features require compatible hardware and system support.

Release 3.3 improves invoice recognition, document workflows, approval messages, VAT settlement, and invoice list usability. Invoice OCR has been refined to detect gross amounts, document dates, currencies, and invoice references more reliably across German, French, and other invoice layouts. Recognition progress is now clearer, so the analysis indicator better reflects the remaining steps. Invoice approval workflows now allow the sender to add an optional message before forwarding. This message is stored with the workflow, included in notifications, and shown in the approval view. Document detail editing is smoother: accounting-position editors scroll into view automatically, longer position lists expand while editing, picker sheets use more vertical space, and amount editing keeps focus more reliably on iPad. VAT settlement can now create parked SAP documents with document type and vendor selection, posting preview, SAP feedback, and archived tax PDF attachment. This release also includes PDF inbox, invoice list, picker, and layout refinements for a cleaner daily workflow.

Release 3.2 improves bank transaction processing, document workflows, PDF handling, business partner maintenance, and time capture. Bank transactions now support improved EBICS automation, intraday and background fetching, better invoice matching, commission posting, foreign-currency clearing, and more reliable clearing status updates. Document detail and invoice workflows include refined searchable pickers, improved amount and tax handling, combined QR payment fields, clearer accrual progress, and updated invoice list layouts. The PDF inbox now offers faster live search across file names, vendor data, amounts, and recognized PDF text. Business partner maintenance has been improved for customer and vendor data, address handling, tax information, and searchable selection lists. Time capture and Apple Watch support have also been refined, including daily-hour display, timer confirmations, haptic reminders, and Live Activity controls. This release also includes many smaller stability, usability, and SAP/cloud posting improvements.
