I don’t know if this is a normal thing for proxies to do but nonetheless it’s just downright annoying and stupid, I gave my address and state and then decided to buy a cheap figure then the app made me paid for a figure (10 dollars) upfront without adding the price of shipping or even mentioning how much it would /could end up costing me. I blame myself mostly for not fully understanding how the app works I’ll say that but I still think it’s a really poor design choice when your only allowed to know the full cost of the item your buying AFTER you pay for the item itself and then have a 30$ shipping fee attached to something I only bought because it was cheap and cute. Again mostly my fault but if possible in the near future I home Doorzo will be able to estimate shipping BEFORE you already pay for the item itself.

I bought some perfume on Doorzo. They stated that they would be able to ship the perfume, although the only method in which it could be shipped, would be by sea freight shipping. So I bought the perfume under the pretenses that I would still receive the perfume, although it would take some time. Perfume arrived to the warehouse, and I’m not being given the option to select sea freight shipping. I reach out to the customer service and they have the utter gall to tell me that they cannot offer me a refund nor can they ship me the product either. And to top that all off, they tell me to find ANOTHER Japanese proxy shipping company. is that not what Doorzo is about? It’s a Japanese proxy shipping company. Why would I have to go out of my way to find yet ANOTHER Japanese proxy shipping company to grab my item from another Japanese proxy shipping company? I don’t even know where your warehouse is so how would I be able to tell the other Japanese proxy shipping company where my item is if I don’t even know. Because at that point, you haven’t completed your terms of service. you did not give me my item. The only thing you did was keep it in your warehouse. Because I don’t have to pay someone else to do your job. And in the end I would have to lose even more money. And despite telling me that they will not refund me I did my research and I found out that I’m not the only person that bought a body mist or perfume on their app or website or service, and then told that they could be provided sea freight shipping and then not be able to receive their order. they were given a refund. I am not so I feel like I am being personally targeted and with that being said, I will never ever use this company again. Run far away and use a different proxy!

This has to be one of, if not the best proxy services available right now! I’ve tried other sites/apps, but they were all either extremely confusing or too pricey. With Doorzo, however, I’m able to find amazing deals on items I love and very easily! They have incredibly affordable shipping options as well as the ability to buy second hand and new.
