Our yoga studio provides you a peaceful place to practice right off the boardwalk overseeing the marina. Yoga classes are offered for all levels. We offer a wide variety of classes which include Beginners Yoga, Restorative yoga, Power Yoga, Chair Yoga, Express Yoga, Yoga Sculpt and more. Morning and evening classes are offered daily, including weekends. Our mission is to better our community. Whether it's your 1st or 100th class, our goal is to remind you that you belong. Our classes will challenge you both physically and mentally, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered. The lessons you learn on your mat will help you to show up as your best version of yourself.
I love this app! Incredibly easy to navigate and sign up for classes! I love that I can see my schedule for the week when I sign up for them!
