It doesn’t duplicate all the features the web version has, but it dramatically improves the process of working with appointments on the go It also can save you during connection problems, because all the data available online and speed of loading doesn’t depend on anything

I’m extremely disappointed with their service. Their customer support is terrible—they don’t provide clear answers to my questions and instead just send generic, scripted responses. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with them; they don’t reply promptly, often taking a day or two (or more), and when they do respond, it’s never consistent.The system assigns multiple managers to a single client, and none of them seem to follow up on the issues or questions raised with previous managers. Setting up the system is overly complicated and time-consuming, requiring calls with their team to make it function properly.On top of that, all integration charges a commission for its usage, and the SMS notification service also takes a commission. Despite these costs, Altegio failed to refund me for unused services.I cannot recommend this system—it’s inefficient, unprofessional, and simply not worth the hassle.

Do not recommend Altegio if you need to transfer data from another platform. Before payment, I was promised a full data transfer (including past and future appointments), but it turned out they only transfer names, phone numbers, and emails. This was crucial for me, and such promises were misleading. If you’re starting from scratch, it might work, but be cautious.
