I’ve spent the whole day trying to connect the controller that is made for this app and it doesn’t connect and help from customer service is none existent

I have a mobile game handle * ipega9120 * and after connecting to the application and set the settings, in the game it does not work and this issue reveals everything about you that you do not respect us at all and I am very sorry for this issue... Most of the negative reviews are from a few years ago. Note that this app is not ment for all wireless controllers. When I bought my ShanWan controller the manual told me to download this app to keep the controller up to date and to do some configurations. And another note that not all controllers are compatible to do configurations. But to be honest some of the wording is a bit confusing
