To ensure that the subscription is not renewed, you need to disable automatic updating at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription. Auto-update can be turned off at any time in your iTunes account settings.
Subscription is automatically renewed if auto-renewal is not disabled no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription will be renewed automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period for a period similar to the previous one. You can manage your subscriptions after purchase and disable auto-renewal in your account settings. Subscription is paid from your iTunes account.

I love car play, being hands free and all. However, lately when I am cruising down the road, the screen flips to the Icon screen and I can’t access other apps, like Waze, Pandora or other apps. I have to totally exit out of CarPlay. Tried to rest set apps in my settings and it won’t let me! Not sure what’s going on. This just started recently.

Saw this app while trying to find a option to talk to my car remotely. Features seem all good and on par with the My BMW app. I tried to find more info on this app like how does it talk to the car. Can’t use 3g since that was cancelled. Can’t use WiFi. So how does it talk to the car. Checked a few websites and all had videos in the BMW app. Lastly if you do a search on the app you get a few hits and the rest are about Apple Car Play. Oh yeah no website only can contact via email. They need to put more info.

Tried to request a refund day 1 since doesn’t work with my car and not the app I thought it was. I filled out the refund and cancel request 3 times with no response. The email address doesn’t work. And I still get the ad screen every time I open. Please note that the price changes on that screen. At least I bought when it was lower! Why does it keep trying to sell it when I already did! Disputed with my credit card so that screwed my Apple account so I had to drop the dispute. Horrible customer service. I thought this was CarPlay. It’s not! Using the same name is deceptive. I want my $44 back!

There seems to be a whole bunch of people that are complaining they purchased the app before they checked compatibility of their vehicle. Well, why wouldn’t you check first?There’s two ways to check, it’s easy.Open the app and navigate to the settings menu ( the gear icon on the bottom right). In there you will see the compatibility list. The second way is from the same settings menu, there is a link that says how to connect. Click on that and it takes you to website where you can enter your vin number and verify compatibility.That’s all there is to it.
