Hi Teleparty devs,The concept for this app is wonderful. However, it needs work.Missing features- Disney+ integration is completely broken, videos will not play on mobile, and when started from pc, mobile users joining a party cannot get video to play. I got it to work 1 time out of the ~10 times I tried the flow to launch and share a movie, and even then no audio played; some more verbose logging and explanation to the user (maybe a timeout instead of endless “loading”) would ease the user frustration- in the browser tab, once you pick a streaming service, there’s no way to back out and select another one.- once you join a party, there’s no way to leave a party unless you force close the app.- having to re-send a party link every time you change the video you’re watching is very clunky. A party link should stay valid even if you change what you’re watching, or at least keep the group together and tell the users that the link has changed.- PIP support on mobile would be awesome.If there are existing ways to do these things, they are not easily accessible to the user, although I may just be blind lol.Suggestion: create some more comprehensive user stories and flows. I generally write my software to be dummy proof 😂. I would love to see this succeed!

I loved the browser extension on my laptop! It worked wonders especially when I was away from my SO. We have binged many shows and watched plenty of movies. I will admit it does have sync issues at moments, but rarely and not enough of a problem to not show support. Which I’m sure it has to do with WiFi and other factors. Did have a problem with VPN making it not want to load. Turned it off and it worked instantly. Will update my review with further use of the app. Feedback inbound! I will say subscription makes a difference. Try the free trial to see how you like it. (Also set a reminder!) Thanks for working on the app and bringing it to the App Store. Truly appreciate being able to watch someone with the ones I love. Even while separated.

I just wished I didn’t pay the annual subscription. It doesnt work on my phone or iPad. I couldnt log in or do anything when I click on to any of the streaming services. Nothing work on it, when I double tap it would show a Browse Control which I believe shouldn’t be happening and tried manually choosing iOS or IPad and get it to reload but still doesn’t work. What a waste of time and money.

I never write reviews, but I had to say this…. this app has been so helpful for date nights😭 tbh after my boyfriend moved across seas 2 years ago it’s lowkey been a struggle because FaceTime started feeling like a choreWhen we lived together we’d always end the day on the couch watching TV and this is the closest thing to that again but like actually better bc we still feel face to face?? Idk it just made things feel normal again. thank you sm🫶🏼
