Please someone help me I can’t seem to get a hold of support and my withdrawal has gone through before but for past 6 months I have been unable to get my withdrawal to process I tried everything changed my PayPal account tried waiting extra time I waited a month 4 times now for the same withdrawal I have been trying to get which is for 80$ and I can’t even get a match with an opponent they just refund my game over n over so I literally have 500$ in bonus cash that I can’t withdrawal and even when I win tournaments it’s all bonus cash. I’ve came in first on the daily tournament and it was only bonus cash. I literally can’t get an opponent when I play I only get refunded so basically I have as of now 500$ in bonus cash and my withrdrswl for 80$ has another 300 and something bonus cash I am forfeiting to just get at least something out of my wins and dominance of the game. Pretty lame I was and have been a loyal customer since they first launched and they won’t even respond to any message I write theme . Only times they did respond was when I acted like I was writing to the support team about other issues but soon they realized I was just trying to get response so they never even respond not even email. SMH please last effort in writing this I never write reviews but I know they will respond bc it’s out in the public eye so let’s see fingers crossed see if they will respond and resolve any issue. So update they respond to my review of course but yet still nothing for my withdrawal or in game support smh scam

I play a lot of bingo skill games on my phone and out of all of them. This one seems quite fair easy to play has tons of opportunities to gain bonus, cash and even has a club feature where you can compete with other clubs to rank top best scores and win more bonus cash it’s just a really fun game with the potential to win money. The only downside so far I see is there’s not a in-game based community chat where you can communicate with your team and I’m having trouble finding any online community support. However, you do have the opportunity to request from your teammates, help with funds and obtaining cards that you may need to finish a collection to gain even more bonus cash. I just wish there was more of a communication feature where you could actually talk with your team. In addition, with their not being an online based community that I know of it’s hard to find members who are willing to join your team to help out so if anyone’s interested, my group is called ASCENDING if you’d like to join I play constantly. I’d love new members. Otherwise I have tons of fun on this game. I Win Matches quite often and I love all of the opportunities to get bonus cash to keep playing. It’s really fun. As for cashing out; I’ve done it in the past and obtain my funds, but I haven’t recently done any withdrawals so I do not have current information on how quickly you obtain funds. Also, just like most other skilled based bingo games if you do decide to withdraw your funds, you will lose all your bonus cash, but that’s how it goes. AnyWho, overall besides all the minor things I mentioned I’d give this game a 4.5/5 if there was more of a community this game would get five stars hands-down no question.

I was playing this app for about 2 weeks before they shadow banned me. It was great at first. I have tried dozens and dozens of other bingo apps and this was one of my favs for a bit. At first they throw A LOT of bonus cash at you. Within a few days my balance was around $150 but only $67 was real cash, so I withdrew that. I played some more and withdrew another smaller amount. It was at this point that they took away multiplayer tournaments away. I was left with some 2 player games. Ok so I tried to enter several of those and nothing, I’m not being matched with anyone and the entry fee just gets refunded. I reached out to support and got some canned answer: “We're currently working on optimizing and upgrading the game, so some things may appear a bit different. This process is completely normal and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve your gaming experience”.. this was weeks ago and they have not responded to any of my questions/concerns since. I have also updated the app and couple times and even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing has changed. The only good thing is that I thankfully did get my withdrawals no problem within a couple days. So anyway there’s no point in keeping this app. Oh and here’s another thing, around the same time I downloaded their other app Bubble Dash and had the exact same experience! Fun at first, make a couple withdrawals, then tournaments disappear.
