Is the app broken?1) Can’t enter exact pick up and drop location2) Current and past bookings not showing upI have to call customer care Everytime I need to book a cab. Disappointed.

Even if you book ahead of time the ride is not confirmed! If they don’t match with a driver you will not find out until you call them 90 minutes before the scheduled time. Their customer service is terrible and even after a driver showed up 2 hours late and then proceeded to drive dangerously they were indignant.Would not recommend this app to anyone!
