Fit with Friends turns your Apple Watch activity into a group fitness competition. Connect your Apple Health data, invite your friends, and compete to see who's closing their Move, Exercise, and Stand rings the most — over one day or up to a month.
Points are based on ring completion percentages, not raw numbers. So your daily walk earns points just like a marathon session, and a beginner can compete fairly against a seasoned athlete. Everyone plays from their own fitness level.

Now you can choose how competition scoring works! Stay with the default Apple Activity Rings competition or change things up to only count tracked workouts or to compete based on step counts.
We also added an Apple Watch app to help you keep an eye on your competition standings.
