Can be life Changing

This is helping me transform my life. I am almost 66 and I’ve spent my life wondering why I can’t get things completed. I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 50. I have horrible habits or no habits. Everything is a task. I am learning to be productive. Instead of waiting until the last minute to get things done, because of the dopamine push, I’m finally able to complete projects in a timely. I feel that I am going to have the life I should’ve had. I have at least 25 more good years left and I’m excited. Not that having ADHD is a bad thing. We have a lot of positive characteristics. My frustration level is going down. I see a light opening up and it’s filled but hope and promise. Love this app. I am grateful.

Everything is good, but I think it would be nice to see the time of day I studied. I want to know what time of day I'm focused or distracted. I decided to try it for a month, but I think I'll keep using it if it has that feature. I'm leaving a review for the first time, but I've gotten better at studying with this app. It's not a waste of money! From the other reviews, it seems like the feedback is quick and the improvement is immediate. Thank you for making such a good app. I hope I will get a job this year plz be happy....

There are simple ways you can customize this visual timer app. I currently use the free version and it meets all of my needs. I like how the break periods can automatically start after a focus period. I also like the feature that all distracting apps are automatically blocked when in focus mode. The graphs at the end are always rewarding. And could even sync with your calendar!
