Can’t access my account

I’ve been trying to access my account for 2 days but the app always crashes. Everytime I log in, the app closes and I go back to home screen. I’ve never had this problem before. Please fix it, for I need to access my money for emergency.

Unable to link my GCash

I am unable to link my Gcash account so I couldn’t log in to the app. It took me 30-60 mins to connect to a customer service representative only to either be disconnected or be told that they cannot do anything.
