Evey is the EV charging app for companies. See at a glance which charging station at the office is free, reserve it with one tap and join the smart queue when everything is taken. Workplace chargers are shared fairly, without notes on windscreens, group chats or laps around the car park.
SEE WHAT IS FREE
A live overview of every charging point at your location: free, reserved or occupied, and who is waiting in the queue. Works across all locations of your organisation.
RESERVE WITH ONE TAP
Pick a free charging point and it is held for you for a few minutes. Walk over, plug in, and the charging session starts automatically.
SMART QUEUE
All chargers taken? Join the queue. You see your position and the estimated waiting time, and you get a push notification the moment a charger becomes available. Not ready yet? Skip your turn and keep your place.
CLEAR END TIME
Every session has a fair charging limit set by your organisation. You see exactly how long you can keep charging and get a reminder to move your car, so colleagues get their turn too.
CHAT WITH COLLEAGUES
Leaving early, or is a car in the way? Message the colleague who is charging, or the administrator, directly from the app. No phone numbers needed; messages disappear after 24 hours.
REPORT A PROBLEM
Charger not working or cable damaged? Report it from the app. The administrator sees it immediately and can move you to a free charging point.
FOR ORGANISATIONS
Evey needs no integration with the chargers themselves and is up and running in half an hour: register your company, add locations and charging points, invite employees. Administrators get a portal with a live overview, sessions, reports and settings such as charging limits and notifications. Evey is free to use; a white-label version under your own brand is available on request.
WHO IT IS FOR
Employees with an electric or plug-in hybrid car who charge at the office, and facility or fleet managers who want to share too few chargers fairly without installing more right away.
