Enterprise Cloud Mobile Punch App is a cloud-based attendance system designed for business teams. Your phone is your time clock.
It supports GPS location punch-in, customer visit records, multi-device data sync, and attendance statistics reports, providing a simple and easy-to-use attendance time clock for small businesses, small companies, and small teams to record all employees' clock-in, clock-out, and visit check-ins.
Employees can clock in and out using their mobile phones, and the system automatically records punch time, location, and punch type.
The GPS location feature ensures the authenticity of punch locations, and no one can modify or cheat. Administrators can view all team members' punch records for easy attendance verification.
When visiting customers, users can record customer name, contact person, phone number, visit address, visit purpose, and visit result.
The system supports multiple visit check-ins at multiple locations and times, automatically saving visit location and time.
It supports date range filtering and keyword search, helping teams standardize customer visit workflows.
All punch data and visit records are synced to the cloud server in real time, allowing business owners to see all employees' clock-in, clock-out, and customer visit check-in data at a glance.
One account enables instant sync across multiple devices with no need for manual backup.
Even if you switch phones, your data won't be lost. One account gives you access to all cloud data, and the same account can be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously.
The system includes built-in statistics, automatically calculating total punch days, valid punch counts, late counts, on-time rate, and total working hours for each employee. Administrators can view team-wide attendance statistics, while employees can view their own personal statistics.
Admin can customize "Standard Start Time", "Grace Period", and "Late Threshold (minutes)".
Free version is for trial only. Upgrade to VIP for more storage and full features.
Upgrading to VIP membership unlocks more punch records, more visit records, data export, PDF report generation, and other advanced features.
The subscription is valid for one year with renewal reminders, and users make purchases using their own Apple ID within the App.
To get started, you need to register an administrator account first, then log in, and then add sub-users or employees.
Administrators can add multiple sub-users.
Sub-users cannot register themselves and can only be added by the administrator.
Administrators can set employee names, passwords, employee IDs, and other information.
The App supports account deletion along with all associated data. When you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from the server and cannot be recovered.
Before deleting your account, please make sure you have backed up any important data.
