While deciding to keep this app, I played the free version and put up with one ad per game so I could have the fast notes. The ads seem to appear when making too many mistakes; it should be noted, that Sudoku is not a guessing game, it’s a mathematical game. The mode of selecting the square first then what to put (or remove a note) helps a lot in preventing mistakes, but slows down the game. With respect to the levels of difficulty, there seems to be little difference between the hard and the expert levels. I do like this version quite a bit, however I have a couple of suggestions for the developers: 1- more color options, some of us have difficulty with the bright colors and the dark mode is too dark. 2-make two rows of button numbers at the bottom and make the buttons twice as big; this will help a lot with the fat-finger complaint I saw in the reviews.

Read some negative reviews that this game has ads so I figured I would offer clarification: no it doesn’t. No ads at all will interrupt your gameplay. You have the OPTION to watch ads for smart notes, which is a feature I really like, or to continue playing after you have reached the mistake limit. This is the only sudoku app I have downloaded that doesn’t have ads before/after every single game. The different levels of difficulty are great whether you are new to puzzles or a pro. The smart hints are really nice to learn new solving techniques rather than just fill a square for you. This is a really nice, simple, and fun sudoku app. Best one I have tried and Ive downloaded a lot of them lol. Only feedback is maybe making more puzzle options? Like different sudoku modes rather than just the 9x9.

Love the sudoku platform. Clear to see numbers. The font is easy to read and has great contrast. The option buttons are self explanatory making it a more relaxing to play. The number that is selected on the board is highlighted showing all that are on the board. If the wrong number is put in a box it shows up red and stays there until removed. If there are no more available spaces for a number the number disappears. There are no interruptions of annoying ads while playing either. Games without ads need reviews to keep them this way. Take a moment to say what you like about the App to keep it free for everyone. I am just a person like you that stumbled upon this great App.

I love the fact that this app is completely ad free for all the basic features. I can focus on only my sudoku game without the constant 30 second ads every time i fill a row, column, or complete a number like my old app did. My only very small gripe is that the buttons of the UI sometimes cause me to misclick the wrong number when they’re right next to each other, but other than that, great app.Also, for those wondering, the tips in the app as well as the extra lives do require an ad which is 100% reasonable to me. When I make 3 mistakes and have the choice to either start over or watch an ad, I watch the ad sometimes to support the dev :)
