Lizzy Care App Update – Version 2.1.0 (November 7th, 2025) We're pleased to introduce version 2.1.0 with important enhancements designed to improve your experience and give you better tools to manage care. What's new: Enhanced care recipient profiles – The care recipient profile now includes dedicated sections for insurance information, location/address details, care provider contacts, and Medicare GUIDE alignment information. All the important details you need to know are now organized in an easy to access place. Improved sign-in experience – We've optimized the login flow to make authentication faster and more reliable. Better profile photo management – Updating profile pictures is now easier and more consistent across the app. Whether you're updating your own avatar, a care recipient's photo, or a team member's picture. Clearer role labels – We've updated terminology throughout the app for better clarity. The "Lizzy Team" role is now simply called "Admin," and we've refined team member assignment labels to be more intuitive.

WHAT’S NEW: EASIER LOGIN AND ACCOUNT SETUP – We fixed the login issues some of you were having and made signing up or resetting your password much simpler. BETTER INVITATIONS – New flows make it easy to invite family, friends, or caregivers to join your care circle, and to accept invitations you receive. STREAMLINED SUPPORT – Even if you’re not yet connected to a care circle, you can now reach support directly from the app. SMARTER REGISTRATION – If you’ve worked with Lizzy Care before, the app now remembers your info to save you time. CARE TEAM UPDATES – A fresh look at the “Care Team” section helps you see everyone supporting your loved one, and you can now edit invited user details more easily. BUG FIXES – We tidied up visual glitches and other small issues to make your experience smoother. TIP: Make sure to update to the latest version so you can enjoy all the new features!

New Features: Feed: A special link has been added to feed section, allowing users to participate in personalized surveys. Roles: The "Lizzy Admin" role has been renamed to "Lizzy Team." Google Analytics initial implementation to track Monthly Active Users (MAU), to capture app usage duration and the views/screens users engage with most, along with the ability to identify specific users interacting with the app. Profile: A new user type option has been added for senior living community members. Bugs Fixed: Post: The "Add assessment" label during post creation has been changed to "Add observation." Profile: Updated the placeholder in the "Phone number" field to display "Enter your phone number." Invitations: Fixed an issue where deep links for accepting invitations were not working properly. Address: Resolved a bug that prevented entering a period (.) in the "apt, suite, etc." field. Roles: Renamed the "Admin" role in Care Circles to "Manager." Profile: Fixed an issue where changes made in the edit profile section were not being saved. Profile: Corrected an off-by-one error that caused incorrect age display. Invitations: Fixed a bug that caused duplicate users to appear after resending an invitation.

New Features - None. Bugs fixed: - Notification badge: some chat notifications were not appearing causing the count on the notification badge to be incorrect. - Invite notifications: users received several notifications when new members joined if several invitations had been sent. - Plan: sometimes goals, actions, barriers and strengths appeared duplicated in the progress section. - Post: assessments were not appearing on smaller handsets. Known Bugs - None.

New features: - Care Circles: The user interface has been updated and there is a new way to switch between Care Circles which includes the ability to search for the Care Circle you want. Enhancements: - Account Settings: We have improved the way user details are viewed. - Plan: A new section for "Home Life" has been added. - Plan: A new field for smoking status has been added to the “Clinical information” section - Team: all members of the Team are organized according to their role and their role is clearly displayed. Bugs fixed: - Invitations: Fixed bug so that Care Circles are now correctly displayed after a new user joins - Chat: Fixed bug to solve issues with new chat creation. - Post: Fixed issue resulting in images on the Care Feed not being displayed correctly - Post: Solved issue where liked Posts were automatically relocated to the top of the feed. - Progress: Resolved issue where pressing "Save" caused goals, actions, barriers and strengths to be duplicated. - Notifications: The notification now correctly displays a post’s privacy level. - Team: Resolved issue that caused the list to be duplicated. - Routines: Removed team members from the drop down when they have not accepted their invitation to join a Care Circle. Known bugs: - Notification badge: Sometimes the badge incorrectly displays the number of unread notifications. If you are experiencing this issue please contact Support by sending a message through the chat. - Progress: Occasionally a goal, action, barrier or strength can show as duplicated from the list. Switching the care circle or restarting the app will resolve this issue.

Bugs fixed: - Care Circles: Resolved issue that caused crashing when accepting invitations to join new Care Circles. - Plan: Improved navigation when moving between sections - Plan: Resolved issue where some information was not being displayed correctly. Know bugs: - Plan: pressing “Save” several times causes goals, actions, barriers and strengths to be duplicated. - Routines: Invited users appear as "undefined."

New features: - Progress: You can now assign a Care Circle member to a goal, action, barrier or strength. - Progress: You can now provide a due date for a goal, action, barrier and strength. - Plan: Each Care Circle’s role is now listed in the Team list. - Performance: Implemented Pagination for Care Circles to improve the loading speed when loading and navigating the app Known bugs: - Care Circles: When you change between Care Circles and you are in the Team´s list then you may see the members of both Care Circle’s Team combined.

Known bugs: - Progress: when you saved an item (goal, action, barrier or strength), you can tab multiple time the "save" button which generates items duplication.

New features: - The Care Circle members list now shows new users who have been invited but not yet accepted their invitation to join the Care Circle. Enhancements: - Routines have been improved to allow events and tasks to be created, updated and deleted faster. Fixed bugs: - Routines: when trying to edit a single event or tasks, the retry screen no longer appears. - Routines: when a task is completed the name of the user who completes the task and the date of completion are displayed correctly. - Better handling or Care Circle invitations. - The care recipient's first name and last name are correctly updated in all app views. - The care recipient’s photo in the left-side menu is now updated immediately. - When removing a user from a Care Circle the message displays the Care Recipient’s name Known bugs: - Routines: when you switch too quickly between care circles, you can sometimes receive an error. - Routines: on some devices the three dots icon to edit a task or event is cut off from the edge of the screen.

New features: - Info: The Care Recipient member's list now shows individuals who have been invited but not yet accepted for existing Lizzy Care app users. Bugs fixed: - Feed: Photo and video uploading and downloading issues have been resolved. - Feed: A bug causing new posts to be duplicated has been resolved. - Feed: A bug causing posts to be appear in the wrong order has been resolved. - Notifications: Fixed issue with the incorrect name showing in push notifications. Enhancements: - Care recipient info: new options added in "Where do they live?" field. - Care recipient info: names and symbols are now allowed in the first name and last name fields. - Care recipient info: incorrect asterisk (mandatory field icon) from email in Care Circle info removed. - Care recipient info: all instances where the Care Recipient name is used have been improved. - Menu: "Guide" has been relabelled as "Resources". - Notifications: new chat notifications no longer show the Care Recipient name. Know bugs: - Info: the invited members are shown at the top of the list and not at the bottom. The list doesn’t show email addresses where a person does not have a Lizzy Care account yet.
