Did they arrive safely? The new version of ēllu lets you know without you even having to ask. - Add locations like “Home” or “School” and get a notification when your loved ones arrive or leave. - When you receive an Aware request, ēllu automatically notifies you when they arrive at their destination. Plus, we’ve made some small changes to make the app more intuitive and allow you to add new contacts more easily.

This update is all about stability and making sure everything just works: - Improved connection with your band for more stable, reliable pairing. - Fixed an issue where some awares weren't showing up in your Circles. - Fixed notifications that sometimes didn't arrive on iOS. - Better compatibility so the app keeps working smoothly with new message types.

Fixed invitation link to ellu map circles

In this update, we’ve added a new Maps tab where you can: - Create circles with your closest friends and family: you can share your location and pause it whenever you like. - See the battery levels of the people in your circle. - Send an “Aware” for those times when you need someone to follow you virtually. - Chat directly from the Map. But that’s not all; you can also: - Enjoy improvements to audio message playback. - Benefit from improved SOS alerts: the sound now lasts longer to ensure you hear these alerts. Update and enjoy all these improvements!

We’ve made some changes to the maps that will surprise you: Improvements to Proximity, Aware and SOS´s maps to show you greater accuracy and the connection status of the person sharing their location. We’ve added a compass pin to show the direction we’re moving in. We’re also continuing to improve the chat experience, and you can now choose which images to download to your gallery.

In this update, we’ve made some adjustments to optimize the app’s user experience. - You’ll also have more control: if you’re a Guardian, you can now pause location sharing at any time. - Starting with this version, the app is compatible only with iOS 17 or later. Thank you!

This version includes improvements so you can discover everything the app can do for you more quickly: - You will now find TIPS in the main bar so you can access our feature animations more easily. - We have adjusted the justification for why we need the permissions we request, including a better explanation of how to manage limited access to contacts in iOS 18 and higher versions. Control Panel – A brand-new dashboard that gives you a bird’s-eye view of Ellu’s activity. Now you can see exactly which location-based features are active and monitor the app’s status in real time—no more guessing what’s running under the hood.

Multiple app bug fixes

Numerous bugs fixed Incorporation of several feature improvements: * Improved SOS - improved SOS activation flow, improved Map behavior (included compass pin, avatar grouping, & being able to select transportation method selection when mapping the route to SOS user). Lastly we made the SOS sender's avatar more prominent in the SOS Map. * Feature bar icon flow improvement - enabling users in a single view, to see and accept new feature invitations shared by their contacts in the chat. * File formats - now you can send any files that you have stored on your phone in the ēllu chat (Exception: Google Drive documents) * New profile screens - improvement in UX / UI , enabling for a smoother user experience.
