What is StingrayWV?
-A social media platform only available to WVU students.
Why is it unique?
-In StingrayWV, you do not follow people. Instead, each week everyone on the app follows a small randomly selected group of people, the Stingrays. Everytime a stingray makes a post, everyone on the app sees it.
What type of posts?
-Traditional waves, a post that can hold text, images or videos
-Sea Reals, a live snapshot of a moment
-ReWaves, reposts of something you like
-Quote Waves, similar to a Rewave except with a comment attached.
What can i do if i am not a Stingray?
-make secret waves in The Bay
-send direct messages
-customize your profile
