Bug Fixes & Stability
This update upgrades the scrcpy engine to version 4.0 and includes a series of crash and background disconnection fixes based on TestFlight user reports.
• Fixed crashes on VNC/ADB connection teardown: Fixed a SIGTRAP crash caused by a mutex race condition and double-destroy in the scrcpy server teardown path, as well as a framebuffer use-after-free crash during connection
• Fixed VNC blank screen after ADB disconnect: Fixed an issue where the VNC display would remain black after reconnecting following an ADB disconnection
• Fixed background active duration setting being ignored: Fixed an issue where the app disconnected after 5 minutes in the background regardless of the user's configured timeout (e.g. 10 minutes)
• Fixed duplicate disconnections after repeated backgrounding: Fixed a background task handle leak that caused the session to be terminated multiple times when switching between foreground and background
• Fixed other crashes during connection: Fixed several crashes occurring on specific iOS versions and devices during the connection establishment phase
