RadiantFit is a Fitness app for busy moms, designed to help you take back control of your wellbeing
and give you that Fit and Radiant feeling.


Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach Heidi Patja will guide you through everything you need to feel
Fit and Radiant. From a structured 6 Week Program designed to be used at home with minimal
equipment, to on-demand workouts with Heidi. Learn the correct techniques and feel motivated all
throughout your workouts. The app also includes mobility and gym workouts, if you prefer to get
your workouts done in the gym environment.

Education, Motivation and Wellbeing

Daily videos to check on your progress and make sure that you stay motivated all through the
program. RadiantFit wants you to build habits that last for a lifetime and help you understand the
reason behind your specific training and nutrition. We are all individuals and our bodies do not react
the same way. Therefore, you will have access to videos that help you understand subjects like;
nutrition, sleep, recovery, your menstrual cycle, pelvic floor recovery and more. This app will support
and give you tools to improve all areas of your well-being so that you can feel like the best version of

pick to work for you and your family. You will also get access to meal plans and list of recommended
supplements. You can also log your food intake to keep close track of your calorie intake and macros
together with your coach.

Weekly Check-Ins, Group Coaching Calls, 1-1 video calls and instant messaging with Heidi

Gain complete insight into your overall performance with easy check-ins and real-time updates. Stay
motivated and connect with other moms through the app community and join group coaching calls.
Message Heidi in real-time and schedule video sessions directly from the app. Stay connected to
