Cant cancel membership

I am struggling to figure out how to get my membership cancelled and get my refund. The app refused to let me take my card off so I was charged for a gym I no longer go to.

Developer Response
Hi There, Unfortunately the option to cancel your membership in our app is at the discretion of the gym you signed up, we encourage all owners to make this available if its not available its due to the gyms decision not ours.

Good Potential. Poor Execution.

This app has everything it needs, but in a non-user-friendly way. What led me to write this review is how tucked away the ability to access the gym door is. Like once you have your membership set-up, access to the gym is really the only other reason I need to use the app. Like, make that part one of the options at the bottom of the screen. As the title reads, good potential but poorly executed app. Little tweaks will get it there.

Thanks for your feedback, I'm please to say you can now find the option to setup your access on the home screen as well as the option to favorite your gyms door to the home screen for easy access. We've also revamped the profile page to make account management section easier, hopefully this improves your experience!

I got sick for a few weeks, and the app was working fine until i recovered and opened the app. it signed me out!!! and i signed back in and It said to update my profile and It won’t let me save it, until i cancel my subscription. So i try to cancel my subscription then it says “error” cannot cancel rn. So please fix that because im paying for a membership that i cannot access the gym too!!!

Don’t get a new phone

No names for you…
This app is complete trash…if you get a new phone it locks you out with no option but to pay for a one day pass regardless of your membership. You need a degree is cryptography to find what you need in it.

Developer Response
Hi there,If you contact your club they will be able to reset your access to allow you to use a new phone, this is a limitation to prevent the sharing of logins/access which unfortunately is quote common without this protection. If you want to share more detail feedback on what you are struggling to find so we can improve you can email us at support@gymflow.io
