At the time of pick up the unit, if the trucker note that it’s damaged, it’s possible to open the damage report independently, by attaching max 4 photos illustrating necessarily the damage and the container door showing the unit number. It’s compulsory that this notification take place inside the Terminal Darsena Toscana, otherwise it’s not valid. TDT check the position by the geolocation system. At the end of the damage registration a message will be sent to our website and to our Damages Office. If the Trucker wrote the correct mail the damage report is also sent to his competent office. Once authorizations has been received from TDT, a reservation can be made. At the end of data entry for the reservation the receipt must be printed. As far as EXPORT containers, once the driver arrives to the gate offices, he have to read by the Totem, the QR code existing on the receipt and print the interchange. For the IMPORT the same procedure of the DVRC will be valid. Two important notes, reservations will remain alive for 48 hrs after which they will be automatically cancelled. If there is an error in pre-entering the data, the reservation cannot be changed but must be cancelled and re-entered again. NOTE : in addition to being able to book from this APP, the reservation can also be made directly by our website (www.tdt.it) in the same way of the APP.

TDT is pleased to inform all users that it has created a new feature in “TRUCK Info TDT” App. The transportes autonomously using his smartphone will have the possibility to report possible damage to the containers uploading pictures. This innovation will reduce the time needed to avtivate the damage procedure currently in place.
