I am in love with this game. It is very fun to play. I love the progression not showing every thing you could ever unlock at once, instead hiding them behind the next level. It makes curious of just how much stuff there are to unlock in the entire game. The game UI is also simple and unique, I use an iPhone SE because I prefer a smaller phone, so my phone screen is on the smaller side. The UI is perfect for my phones screen size. Also I am a sucker for great pixel art in video games, plus it’s a form of graphics that take up less storage when making a game, so pixel art in an idle mobile game is perfect. This game is also very battery friendly. Also Unlike every other mobile game ADDS are OPTIONAL, I only have to watch an add for a very decent reward(x2 of everything made during offline mode). If not There are No ADDS AT ALL. Others need to follow this example. My only complaint about the game is that I can’t do more than one task at a time. For example fishing and woodcutting at the same time, how ever I haven’t played this game for very long and I’m still learning stuff about it. So I don’t know if there are upgrades to allow me to do more than one tasks at a time. If I discover that there are ways to do more than task at a time I will edit my review and leave out this last part. Over all this is a great game, wish I could donate some money towards the production of this game. 10/10 stars on yelp. Thank you for my Ted talk.

Big lover of RuneScape, but the grind of clicking a single tree for 100 hours is pretty brutal. Melvor idle is good, but somewhat overwhelming and something about it just feels sort of clunky and the artstyle isn’t great.I downloaded this game on a whim, but two days in bought the premium upgrade I was so satisfied. The ui is simple and intuitive, the gameplay loop is addicting, and the art is really well done and consistent. Even without the premium upgrade, there’s no intrusive ads. You can watch an ad to get the same effect as the premium upgrade (100% offline efficiency vs 50%) or play the game with no ads whatsoever (at least none I encountered). The monetization is very very relaxed and totally optional and out of the way. You can tell the game was made by someone who cares about making a good game and isn’t exclusively trying to make some cash grab, which is EXCEEDINGLY rare in the mobile game space these days. No obnoxious pop ups or constant banner ads is a surefire sign of a passionate developer unwilling to compromise the integrity of the gameplay experience for a quick buck. I’d highly recommend this game and please support the dev.

The best Idle game I've ever played but I have some suggestions for new ideas1) I have a suggestion for updating the feature that allows crafting equipment based on monster materials- For example:+ Spiders with materials including: eyes, teeth, legs, head, body can craft weapons and equipment with poison effects+ Bats with materials including: wings, teeth, body, head can craft weapons and equipment with bloodsucking effects2) I also have a suggestion for updating the feature that has a rate of getting weapons and equipment from monsters when killing them3) I also have a suggestion for weapons and equipment to have more effects when forging from monster materials4) I also have a suggestion for updating the feature of skill books dropped from high-level monsters, skill books will give different moves based on each type of weapon+ Skills learned from books when reaching a level can awaken and turn into a new powerful skill more5) I also suggest updating the team feature that allows players to recruit teammates to go with them+ Weapons and equipment from teammates will be crafted by players+ Teammates can learn skill books, use medicine and food6) I also suggest updating the Boss feature, when killing the Boss, there is a possibility to get materials for forging items from the Boss and items, etc.7) I also suggest updating the mount and pet feature8) I also suggest updating new equipment, new materials and items, new minerals, new features, new medicine recipes, new food recipes, new types of fish and animals, new map areas, new monsters

Edit: thank you dev for the quick reply! I redownloaded and looked and luckily my game had actually backed up and I didn’t realize when I was looking for my save file after I lost my progress. I loaded it up and I’m back to where I left off :) I don’t know if the screen freezing glitch was a one time thing or not but I’ll make sure I’m constantly saving just in case, thank you!Original review: I loved this game as I started but about halfway through my first day of playing I let it idle battling to get some of my levels up, and when I logged back in the game was essentially frozen, where I couldn’t press any buttons. I tried closing and opening the app, restarting my phone, everything. I had to delete and reinstall the app to fix it, which made me lose my progress. I wasn’t very far in but it’s still upsetting and concerns me that it could happen much further in. :,)

Thanks for leaving a review! That's definitely frustrating, and I'm not sure why that would happen. In the "Save Game" menu there is the option to use Cloud Save, but I try not to force extra features on players so no worries if you didn't use it. If you're still interested in the game and remember about what levels the skills were, feel free to send me an email with the skill levels and I'd be happy to share a save file you can use to get back into it. Just let me know (ben@grounded.games) :)
