The aluminum processing safety software is designed for regional aluminum processing production enterprises to achieve intelligent, reliable, and centralized safety supervision. It integrates cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data to develop intelligent and reliable safety production supervision software for aluminum processing enterprises. It also involves the development of intelligent and reliable safety production supervision hardware systems for these enterprises. The software is compatible with existing safety production supervision systems and enables online monitoring, transmission, and storage of various sensor signals. It also includes functionalities such as on-duty personnel attendance, task dispatch, task completion tracking, and evaluation. The system facilitates online safety production supervision and dynamic monitoring of safety hazards and accidents. A safety production risk early warning model based on the Heinrich’s Law is constructed, and methods for reasoning and analysis of the early warning model are researched to identify potential risk factors for accidents. This enables comprehensive safety risk early warning from risk prediction, risk prevention, risk avoidance, hazard reduction, to ensuring safety. Keywords
