It can only do 23 stops per route

If you have a door to door rep that can only do 23 doors in a route they should be fired. A app thats sole purpose is to support a sales team with routes it makes no sense what so ever for it to do 23 in a single route. Even making multiple routes for reps creates massive labor inefficiency. As the routes won’t be mapped to the highest production capacity. It also took about 4 hours of support for me to be told that and my first question was can it route this many at once I was told yes it wasn’t remotely as low as 23.

Hi there,It sounds like you may be using the Routes tool for high-volume territory management. Routes is limited because it’s meant for point-to-point navigation between specific addresses. For the production capacity you’re after, use Area Management instead. It handles large blocks of doors without those caps. Let us know how we can best help you!
