Tasks, Events & RSVP Planner
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad
THE PRODUCTIVITY APP THAT THINKS FOR YOU.
Marvelist brings your tasks, lists, notes, and event planning into one beautifully designed app — powered by AI that actually does the work, not just suggests it.
MARVELIST AI — YOUR PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY ASSISTANT
Stop managing tasks. Start delegating them. Just tell Marvelist what you need:
"Plan my week and break my projects into steps" — done.
Turn a brain-dump into a clean, prioritised list in seconds.
Ask it to find, reschedule, or tidy up tasks across your lists.
The AI can read your lists and make changes for you — so your day feels like delegating, not data entry.
EVENTS — EVENT PLANNING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
Hosting something? Stop chasing RSVPs over WhatsApp.
Send personalised invites by email or shareable link — with each guest's name on a beautiful, dedicated RSVP page.
Guests confirm their whole party in one tap — no account needed.
Track your headcount in real time as responses come in.
Link your Events to your task list so nothing falls through the cracks.
TASKS & LISTS — EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
Create tasks with subtasks, notes, due dates, and priorities.
Organise work into colour-coded lists with tags and smart filters.
Share lists with family, friends, or teammates and collaborate in real time.
Quick-add tasks from anywhere with Siri, Shortcuts, or the Share Sheet.
BUILT FOR APPLE — EVERY DEVICE, EVERY MOMENT
iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro.
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets to keep tasks front and centre.
Complete tasks hands-free with Siri.
PRIVATE AND SECURE BY DESIGN
Two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account.
One-tap data export — your data, your control.
Whether you're managing projects, hosting a party, running a household, or just trying to clear your head — Marvelist keeps everything organised and within reach.
Download free and let AI do the heavy lifting.

New
Change History — See exactly what changed, who changed it, and when. Open any task and tap the new history button to view that task's full timeline — every edit, completion, and change, laid out newest-first and grouped by day. This per-object history is free for everyone. With Premium, you also get a whole list's activity feed (from the list menu's List History) and your own activity across everything from View My Activity in your profile. Each entry reads as a plain sentence — such as "Chris completed this task" — with the specific field changes shown beneath. Changes made by the Marvelist assistant or a connected app are attributed clearly, and anything on a Vault list stays private.
Improved
Focus Plans, made easier to start — Building a Focus Plan is now front-and-centre. Open the Focus tab and tap Create a Focus Plan to pick tasks and get going — no need to dig into a list first. And you can now pull tasks from more than one list into a single plan: the new picker lets you choose across all your lists before you build, so an afternoon that spans a few projects lines up in one queue. (The per-list Select → Add to Focus shortcut is still there when you want it.)
Add tasks to a plan already in progress — Something come up mid-plan? While a plan is running, tap Add tasks on the Focus screen to queue more — from any list — onto the end without losing your place. Your current task keeps running and the new ones slot in after what's already lined up. Like everything in Focus Plans, it works offline and syncs when you're back online.
A tidier event header — An event's photo and its details now share a single card at the top of the screen, with the event's name and date set over the photo. The photo fills the card edge-to-edge — including on iPad, where it no longer floats in a letterbox with empty side bars.
Fixed
Smoother scrolling on event guest lists — Scrolling through an event's guest list no longer stutters, even on long guest lists with several categories.
Event card caption clipped off-screen — Fixed an issue on the redesigned event header where the event's name, date, time, and location could get cut off at the left edge of the card when the event had a cover photo. The caption now stays fully visible on every device.
Focus timer stays in step with its Lock Screen banner — Pausing a focus block now truly holds it: the timer no longer keeps counting down in the background, and the Lock Screen banner always matches what's on the Focus screen. If your phone closes the app while a block is running or paused, Marvelist now picks the timer back up exactly where it was on next open — and a leftover Lock Screen banner from a finished or closed session is cleared instead of lingering. A paused block also no longer swallows its end alarm.

New
Focus timer — Stay in the zone with a built-in Pomodoro focus timer. Start a focus block from the new Focus tab, or pin one to a specific task from its detail screen with Start focus. The countdown keeps perfect time even if you lock your phone or switch apps, and alerts you the moment your block is up. Pause, resume, or stop early at any time, and review your recent sessions in one place. Sessions sync across your devices and can be started offline — anything you do without a connection is queued and applied automatically when you're back online. A Premium focus stats screen shows how much you've focused today, this week, and all-time, plus the tasks you spend the most time on.
Focus Plans — Line up several tasks to run through Focus back-to-back. In a list, tap Select, choose your tasks, and pick Add to Focus to open the plan builder. Set each task's focus time in minutes, reorder them, and optionally tick Mark complete when done so a task is checked off automatically once its focus block finishes. Turn on Skip breaks to run tasks straight through, or Hands-free to auto-start the next task after each break. The builder shows a live time estimate, and once you start, the Focus screen tracks your progress — current task, what's up next, and which task you're on — so you can skip, stop, or mark the current task done at any time. Plans work fully offline — build, run, and finish a plan with no connection, and it syncs automatically when you're back online — sync across your devices, and resume after a relaunch. You'll also now get a notification at the end of every break, not just every focus block.

New
Vault lists — Give a sensitive list an extra layer of encryption. Long-press a list (or open it) and choose Protect with Vault — its tasks, notes, checklist items, and comments are then scrambled in our database so they can't be read directly from it, including in backups, while everything looks and works exactly the same for you and anyone you share it with. Protected lists are also kept private from the Marvelist assistant. Set up Vault in Settings, where you'll be given a one-time recovery code to keep safe. Every account can protect one list for free; protecting more lists is a Premium feature.
Improved
Two-factor authentication moves to your account — Two-factor authentication is now handled by your Tophhie Cloud account when you sign in, rather than being set up separately inside Marvelist. The same protection now covers Marvelist alongside your other Tophhie Cloud services, and Marvelist's own two-factor setup screens have been retired. You can manage two-step verification any time from your Tophhie Cloud account.

New
Event schedule — Build a run-of-show for your event directly from the guest list. Add items such as Arrival, Ceremony, or Dinner to create an ordered timeline that appears on every guest's RSVP invitation. Items can be reordered and edited at any time, and changes sync in the background and work offline.
RSVP page theming — Personalise the look of your event's RSVP page with a choice of background and accent colours. Pick from six built-in presets — Midnight, Ivory & Gold, Blush, Sage, Slate, and the classic Marvelist purple — or set fully custom colours. Premium subscribers can also hide the Marvelist logo for a completely branded invitation experience.
List groups — Organise your lists into named groups that appear as collapsible sections on the main screen. Create a group from the lists screen, drag any of your lists into it, and rename or delete the group at any time. Groups sync across all your devices and work offline — any changes made without a connection are queued and applied automatically when connectivity returns.
Connect Marvelist to your AI assistant — You can now use Marvelist directly from Claude, ChatGPT, and other compatible AI assistants. A new "Connect to an AI Assistant" screen in Settings walks you through adding Marvelist as a connector and gives you a tap-to-copy link, so your assistant can view and manage your lists, tasks, groups, and events on your behalf. Connecting an AI assistant is a Marvelist Premium feature.
Improved
Redesigned lists home screen — Your groups now appear as collapsible folders on the main screen, each with its own icon and colour and a matching accent rail running alongside the lists inside. Folders start collapsed so the screen stays tidy, and tapping one springs it open to reveal its task and note lists. Every list now sits on a consistent frosted card, and the separate private-list section has been folded into this single, uniform layout.
Guest lists are now Events — Guest lists have been renamed to Events throughout the app and moved into their own dedicated tab. The home screen is now split into two tabs — Lists and Events — keeping your task and note lists separate from your event planning, each with its own space. Everything you could do before is unchanged — invitations, RSVPs, the schedule, and exporting your guests all simply live in the new Events tab now.
2.6.0 Jun 25
New
Guest list export — Export your event's guest list as a CSV spreadsheet or a printable PDF directly from the event screen. Choose whether to include each guest's contact details (email, phone, and address), then tap Export and share the file anywhere using the standard share sheet. An active internet connection is required as the file is generated server-side.
Improved
List reordering — Your lists can once again be dragged into any order you like. The new ordering is saved instantly on device and synced to the server in the background, so quick consecutive drags always send the final position rather than racing one another, and any reorder made offline is queued and applied automatically once connectivity returns.
2.5.1 Jun 24
New
Upcoming Event widget — A new home-screen and lock-screen widget for Guest Lists. Add it to your home screen to pin a specific upcoming event or let it automatically track whichever event is next. The widget shows the event title, a day countdown, and your confirmed attendee headcount, with the event's cover image as the background when one is set. Tapping it opens the event directly in the app.
Welcome tour — First-time users now see a short welcome carousel when they open the app, introducing lists, notes, smart lists, and guest lists. The four-slide tour appears once and can be skipped at any time.
Shareable links for lists — List owners can now generate a shareable access link directly from the list toolbar. Anyone who opens the link is automatically granted access to the list. The link can be revoked at any time from the same menu, and a new Manage Access option lets you control exactly who can see your list — all from a dedicated Sharing section in the toolbar menu.
Improved
App update notifications — The app now checks for updates at launch and when returning to the foreground. If a newer version is recommended you'll see a dismissible prompt; if your installed version is no longer supported, a full-screen notice will direct you to the App Store before you can continue. Redesigned sharing-link invite screen — Opening a sharing link now shows a refreshed, fully native invite sheet that previews the list name and who shared it before you join. It handles loading, expired or revoked links, and join errors gracefully, with a confirming success animation when you're added to the list.
Refreshed App Lock screen — The lock screen has been rebuilt natively with a cleaner look that matches the rest of the app, and now names the unlock method you'll use (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode). If your device's biometrics and passcode are both turned off, App Lock now disables itself cleanly and lets you in rather than leaving you stuck.
Refreshed MFA code entry — The multifactor authentication code screen, shown at sign-in and when enabling or disabling MFA, has been rebuilt natively to match the app's look, with clearer digit boxes and automatic submission once all six digits are entered.
Fixed
MFA code screen stability — Fixed a crash on the multifactor authentication screen that could occur when navigating away and returning, caused by a recent internal navigation overhaul.
