AI logging is faster: photo, chat and voice answers arrive sooner, and the app gets ready while you open the camera or the chat. Corrections keep what you logged: say "only half" or "2 slices", and foods read from a label or matched in our food database keep their values. After you scan a barcode, its food opens sooner. Science & sources: eight more studies, each with its description in your language. The sign-in screen is easy to read on the Daylight and Mist themes. Plus fixes, and updated Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Verify your phone in a few taps: pick your country, type your number the way you know it, and get the code by SMS or on WhatsApp, in your language. Closed the panel by mistake? Open it again within 10 minutes and you are back on the code field. Older messages load reliably as you scroll up in a chat. With a partner code, the plans show your partner price, and Subscribe takes you straight to it. Plus fixes and an updated privacy policy.

A fresh chat: new bubbles, your client's day pinned on top for coaches, and hold any message to react with any emoji or reply. The keyboard now stays put while you do. Fasting now starts when digestion ends, so your fasting time, the day bar and the stages follow what your body is doing. For coaches: a chat button on every client, an overview of your practice, replies to a client's meal from their profile, and unread badges that count people, not messages. Share your progress, or just your IQFood QR code, as an Instagram story. Partner codes: scan a partner's QR code in the app, or enter their code on the first screen. Plus many fixes and a smoother app.
