The scooters are widely available on Guam for tourists and it is relatively easy to use them to get around. However, like others have said it is nearly impossible to withdraw funds added to the app. I have reached out countless times since August, to withdraw the funds left on my account to no avail. I’ve called and messaged numerous times. If you need to use this app, do not add more than the bare minimum or they will lie and say they will issue a refund you never receive.

If no star was an option trust and believe I would’ve given it one. Talk about customer service there is none what so ever. I have never in my entire life had to write one of these but I fell like I’m obligated to inform everyone else. Honestly apple should take this down. Because they’re really out here taking money.

This app took both mine and my partners money, then wouldn’t let either of us ride the scooters for “insufficient funds” although it shows we have a balance in our account. Do not give them money
