wont let me transfer funds out of my wallet, keeps saying insufficient balance when its clearly not insufficient. Went to do the identity verification that also didnt work and I tried like 6x with an iphone camera. Starting to think this app might be a scam

They will not release my crypto

They keep on telling me I need to download other apps in order for it to work. They’re asking for personal information and it all seems very sketchy. I have $2000 worth of crypto in this wallet and they will not release it.
