The Liftnow mobile app is a mental health tool designed to help you overcome anxiety and worries and cultivate gratitude.
In the Home tab, by entering different experiences that promote relaxation by transporting you into serene environments, you can reflect on your current mental state through interactive and contemplative questions. You can come back and view your past answers in the Reflection tab.
In the Deeds tab, you can log acts of kindness and generosity, helping you track positive actions and the impact you make on the world.
We at the Liftnow Foundation hope that you, by using this app regularly, can improve your mental well-being and feel less stressed and more energized throughout the day.
