On New Year’s Eve, when most taxis were charging over AED 200 for a 10 km ride, this app got us home for a very low fare, less than a quarter of that. The driver was great, the price was fair, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Great discounts/value

Overall I’ve been happy with the service I’ve had in the last week or so of daily use multiple times a day. The promos and cash back is fantastic I just really, really wish there was a tipping system for the taxi drivers that we could add after the ride. I had an awful afternoon today where one driver called asking me to cancel because he was supposedly far and the other didn’t show up for 20mins even though he kept promising he’s on his way (his location wasn’t moving and said he was stuck in road works). However, when I called the 3rd taxi he was absolutely fantastic, respectful, helpful, kind and a safe driver and he totally deserved a tip but I thought I may be able to tip him after but no way to do so on the system.

It was a pleasant experience with Zed. The driver was also happy to get the business and the wait time was negligible. On time pickup and drop off. Well done. Keep it up.
