( 1 STAR, i put five stars so you can see it) download this app if you want to ruin your relationship with you children. it destroys open relationships, trust, and a future with your children. if you get this app your child will grow up resenting you and hoping never to be a parent like you when they grow up. if you really wanted what’s best for your children, you wouldn’t try to control their life and eventually push them away because they’re not the child you want them to be. every child feels this way about parents controlling their life because i know people who have run away from home because of parents being over controlling. don’t be like these parents. choose to love your kids, have boundaries but don’t go too far by breaking their trust and your future with them.

A great monitoring option

Obviously talking to your kids is the best option to know what’s going on with them but we all know they hide things at times. This app does a great job of monitoring online activity and alerting you to problems. I spent hours and hours with Bark tech support and never could get it to work but Bright Canary worked from the very beginning. I don’t have to read everything (because who wants to read all of your teens’ rants and drama) but I can rest assured that problems will be highlighted opening the door for me to discuss with my kids. They even give tips on how to start the conversation. I find this a very affordable, yet invaluable tool to help me in helping prepare my teens to be an adult in a digital world.

So glad I got this. My 11 year olds just got phones and wanted something to keep a check on them. I researched all summer long trying to find the best kid phone, but we got iPhones since that’s what the rest of the family has and they want to FaceTime and group chat. Tried Bark app but was not at all good for iPhones. This is so easy to install and makes me feel so much better about letting my kids have a phone. Sends alerts because of key words which usually turn out to be nothing harmful but if it is, you’re aware and can address it. You can use iPhone to track and monitor phone time and apps but this is amazing for letting you know about other communications. Love, love, love. Thank you.
