I absolutely love the Gundry Health app! It’s so intuitive and beautifully designed — everything I need to track my wellness is right at my fingertips. I can easily view my lab results, food sensitivity and leaky gut test - Yes and No food lists. The food logging feature helps me stay consistent with Dr. Gundry’s protocol and make better daily choices.Dr. Gundry’s teachings have truly transformed my health and my life.
