Added the ability to rearrange the order of players. It's now a bit less confusing when a friend joins mid-game, and the round-up order doesn't match the player seating at the table. Also polished a few things and fixed some smaller issues.

Fixed a bug where the app would freeze when tapping on a player in a game. Fixed a bug where the app would crash if you input a very high number.

You can now rename games and we fixed a few bugs.
