I always mention the date of the production when i order any diary product specially milk because i know how many days i need to finish it.. but always they do not provide what has been asked... usually i ignore this matter but today i am writing a review so that the issue can be fixed in future..

This is the worst delevery I've ever seen, i ordered 2:30pm and they come 5:40pm!!!! Nit only that, i called them more than 20 times and no one answered me and so rudely they didn't even bother themselves to apologize and the delevery man was talking to me like everything is normal!!! I was out when he reached so i told hem to left the food in-front of the door, so when i came back i checked the things i found that one item is missing and because i payed online they most wend me the refund, they didn't even send me of course. There is no costumer service, they have only one number and never peck up the phone, they deceived us by “free delevery” but the fact is i would pay 20 qr for delevery to gain peace of mind and save my time. There is no worse than this it was so bad so rude the whole experience is awful and i will never order again, in fact i already deleted the app and i will make sure everyone i know will know about this.

Delayed delivery by over 45 minutes
Tingling tastebuds
We had a birthday celebration in our office so ordered food and gave specific instructions to deliver by 11:30, however till 11:55 the Baladi driver had not reached the restaurant to pick up the food(I called the restaurant to check) and subsequently called Baladi help line and they stated the driver has just picked up and should be there any minute. Not knowing I had called the restaurant when I informed the lady she was flabbergasted and asked me to hang up and she would call back. Finally the food was delivered around 12:20. Some of our staff who had other commitments left and could not enjoy the meal and we wasted our money as there was lots of leftovers.

The service is great. The items quality and grocery freshness is awesome, but the only annoying part is the huge number of useless pushing notifications and there is no option to filter out what messages I do need and what I can stop. Do I need to delete the app after delivering my items and download it again whenever I need to order again?? Because there is no other way to stop the annoying push notifications
