I love this app. And having a favorites tab makes it easy for keeping track of the food you regularly eat.

First off, the app is easy to use: it records not only your protein intake by grams but your other macros as well, all I have to do is scan the barcode or type it in. And I do like that you get to try it for a week free of charge. But if the item isn’t in their database you have to create said item or find another item in their menu that’s similar, so the measurements per gram are not entirely accurate. And the quantity per item is pre-determined, so you can’t accurately measure exactly how many grams you’ve consumed.

I downloaded about six protein trackers and tested them out for ease of use, value for money, and whether i could use it to work towards my goals. I deleted all the others exceot this one. It works for me, with ease. I don’t have to calculate how much orotein is in what I eat, it does.

It’s my first day using it. It’s pretty simple and user friendly. I like that I can put my goal without having anything to do with weight loss or gain. I’m pregnant so I’m using it to make sure I’m getting enough protein during the day to grow my child. So far I’m happy with it!
