With the other party’s authorization, users can remotely help elderly users with disabilities open core features on the set-top box, such as health exercises, brain games, family news browsing, and more. To use this feature, select a contact member, then choose Communication > Remote Assistance.

Version 1.26.189 Update Notes 1. Updated the QR code registration feature. Users can now register or bind two contact members using the QR code. During the binding process, users can choose whether to grant authorization to the other party and whether to add each other as family group members. 2. Version 1.26.186 Update Notes： Currently, location reporting is not triggered if the elderly user has not moved more than 500 meters. However, in many cases, elderly users may remain within the same area for a long period of time. This can make it difficult to distinguish between normal lack of movement and cases where the phone is unable to report location due to power loss, network disconnection, or other objective reasons. Therefore, Alice has been updated to report the user’s location every 30 minutes, even when running in the background.
