صمم نظام ادارة اللجان و الاجتماعات ليعمل على دعم عملية التحول الرقمي المطلوبة بالمؤسسات التي يتطلب عملها لجان متخصصة للخروج بقرارات و توصيات يتم تبليغها بالطرق الرسمية المعتمدة لدى كل مؤسسة ، من حيث مشاركة جدول الاعمال و البنود و المرفقات ما بين اعضاء اللجنة بسرية تامة بحيث لا يتمكن اي عضو من الاطلاع على اللجان الاخرى (ليس عضو فيها) ، و ذلك من دون الحاجة لطباعة جدول الاعمال او مرفقاته ، حيث يتم مشاركة جميع المعلومات الخاصة باجتماع اللجنة من خلال النظام وكل حسب الصلاحيات المحدده له من قبل مدير النظام.
