MINDTRX is the only app I use daily to think clearer , feel healthier, sleep soundly , focus on the tasks that move me forward . The recordings are short , and effective. No need to spend , years in talk therapy, or tens of thousands on useless degrees , or read irrelevant articles on being successful, and getting rich . Most of that is old news . You can stop listening to everyone else , & make a single decision to trust yourself, that what you really want, you already have deep down inside you . You simply have to put in your ear buds , find a quiet place, allow for 20 minutes , and pick a recording, called Paraliminals , start with Belief , then do gratitude the next day or later that day . End your day with a sleep track about success. I know you’ll begin to feel more capable of being you . You’ll begin to see the world in a totally different light . Possibilities will open up to you . Your vision for your life will expand in miraculous ways . You’ll hear yourself think and say Life is Good. I started my career in the psychological field , then years in finance then a few years in neuroscience. This is what I know for sure , we are all more capable of doing whatever we want than we give ourselves credit. Stop waiting for permission. Even a long life is too short . Money very well spent for anyone looking to improve literally anything about themselves or their lived experience, professionally or personally. Paraliminals are so powerful and help you to train your brain and sub conscious to work with you and not against you, as can be the case. The library has at least one paraliminal for every ting you could think of or encounter. They will help you take back your power in your life and to level up, and to release pain or anxiety or fear etc where we all have had experiences of it. The podcast is always interesting and very enlightening as well. And there are extra programs added too as the company overdeliver for its customers. App is user friendly and intuitive. Highly, highly recommend it and really anything from Learning Strategies company.

These are not time consuming sessions, 15 - 30 min, and I typically follow up a meditation session with a MINDTRX session on whatever I am working on. Just a few favorites, Law of Attraction with Jack Kanfield and Fresh Start with Bill Harris, so much value in this app it is hard to overstate. The subscription price is a little steep - if I could play the tracks from a website/desktop app it would be more useful. In my search to figure out if I could do that, I discovered the only way to contact MINDTRX was through a support ticket- HUGE red flag. Having done a lot of research, the product - what they “paraliminals” does have value and is one of the more effective self-hypothesis tools. I’m still on the fence if the 100 bucks is really worth it, considering the limited nature of only being able to access tracks on my phone, and the lack of ability to communicate with app developers/MINDTRX team. (I participated in week long free trial)
