Update: Only 4 for me, just to give a warning. Other reviews were right. My first gift card went through with points but, never showed up to my Gmail. I check my gifts and see the date, it will be sent to my Gmail in 2030… 5 years??? Too many random new ads have randomly started popping up and glitches since I’ve started using the app. Not once has customer support ever responded to me reaching out about issues or things that stopped working or giving me points. One day I was able to enter my meals, in get points, never gave a calorie count but a random day it stopped and wouldn’t let me. Now the only way I can is the “type it in yourself log” they have… Very helpful with personal medical issues, but all the other rip offs? Games made up for lost points. So as long as you’re a walker, doesn’t mind some extra ads for extra points? It’s a scam to keep you on there. Don’t fall for it… too many scammers apps out there. Already found 2 in the last month. Be careful!

Once you add a friend you can’t unfriend them on your own. They have it where friends can can walk as a team and earn together, but if one friend doesn’t walk, then too bad you can’t unfriend that person on your own. You have to contact support. Plus because she did not convert her steps I lost my referral pay. Why should I be punished because she is not doing anything. In addition to that I believe she got her money. I don’t understand why apps punish the person referring and reward the person being referred right away. Now I may delete the app and start over and never refer another person or just delete the garbage app because it is punishing me for someone else’s inaction. In any case, this app will punish you because someone else doesn’t walk if you refer that person.Update. I deleted the account and app because they will punish me for someone who doesn’t use the app. That person can benefit from my walking, but I get nothing from them because they are not walking. I also lost my $3 referral reward because she did not convert her steps. There is something wrong with a walking app company that won’t let you unfriend someone that is literally not walking or using the app which will punish you, someone who is walking, because the person not walking is able to benefit from your walking while you lose. I believe she got her money because I referred her and I lost her money because she failed to convert steps. I don’t understand why companies punish those who refer and reward those who are referred immediately. It makes 0 sense. So now this app has someone that won’t use it and walk and lost someone that was using it often. Brilliant!

i’ve had this app for a while now and through many times that it has broken need repairs, and things like that right now it’s at its worst when you collect your points, secondary screen pops up in which you have now have to press done unfortunately, the word done after the latest update now appears off the screen so every time I go to collect points, I have to shut the app down and restart it lesson less I collect my points, which is really irritating upon which they changed the point thing and instead of petty points every week I could get a five dollar card now it’s gone two weeks and I can’t get anything not only did they changed that you needed less points to get your car they’re giving you less points so it hasn’t any changes in our favor at all just in there and the more people become irritated with the broken parts of this app the more that it is not going to function because they’re not gonna have the people to pay because they don’t have the money unfortunately that is sad because it’s at one point was a very good app.

I use this app pretty much daily. I maybe miss a day here and there. I was accumulating points slow, almost 4.5k, when an update happened and logged me out. I logged back in only to find they deducted all of my points saying “-4471 dormant points”???? I’ve never been “dormant” from the App longer than a day so this makes absolutely no sense. I will update after I speak with Support and see what they have to say about it. Also, “Panda” feature completely gone as well. Not even sure I’d be able to turn those points into gift cards, as I haven’t had enough to cash out yet bcuz I refuse watch a million ads, I only watch a half a million ads. lol not lol Sadly its impossible to find a decent walking app for free, or that doesn’t get greedy and charge a ridiculous amount like Noom. All I can say, is all of those ads, I better not have watched in vain.
