The "memories" template, showed in my app, is random generated and showed on my page. I did not put it together and the pictures chosen from my personal picture collection. How can I do to stop this? I am not comfortable to have a template generated from my personal albums, which I chose not to share or do. Is this public? Everyone with this app can look at the " memories" template? If I cancel my subscription those pictures are going to be deleted? Thank you,

Hello! This is a private collection of videos already created by the program, and they cannot be hidden or deleted. However, you can edit these clips to suit your needs - deleting photos and uploading new ones, and so on. Charged me during free trial

I downloaded Muse because I genuinely wanted to try it out and there was a 3-day free trial, but guess what? They charged me THE NEXT DAY, not even close to the end of the trial period. I literally had a reminder in my calendar to cancel before renewal, because I do that with every subscription trial. Didn’t matter. The charge still went through almost immediately, and they kept the money even after I reached out saying I do not want the subscription.The way this was handled is embarrassing. It feels sneaky. If you’re going to advertise a 3-day trial, then honor the actual 3 days, and allow people to cancel before charging them. I’m left with an app I don’t want, don’t use, and a payment I can’t get refunded. Total waste. I really regret downloading it.

Came from and ad on Instagram. App does not offer a lot of customizable features to the templates. There are no font options available and the text brush is not functional. I subscribed for the 3 day free trial, which forces you until the year subscription not the weekly, fine. When I try to download the finished edit the page glitches and brings me back to the subscription page. It feels like they are trying to trick/force you into purchasing and forgoing the free trial to get the finished product. I have checked my subscriptions and Apple says I have the yearly subscription with the free trial but the app continues to glitch. Clearly done on purpose. I would not recommend this to anyone and AVOID DOWNLOADING. Full waste of time.

Pretty cool ap

I am paying the weekly subscription to have this Ap and while I am loving it and do feel like it’s worth it, there are multiple times that I go through the process of creating a reel and when it’s time to edit it in the last step, my ap freezes and crashes. It causes my entire phone to lock up. It also doesn’t update frequently at all. The same options for reels for two weeks now.. A couple more bug fixes and this ap will definitely be my favorite for content creating!
