Fixed bug that caused some toilet locations to be missing from the data.
Fixed bug where toilet names and other data may not be correct for a few seconds after switching off accessible only mode.
Fixed bug where tapping on list or map may not be correctly registered every time.
Moved Actions up higher on list so that it is immediately on screen even for smaller phones so that it is quick to access it.
Improved icons and colors to display better in both light and dark modes.
